Slot cut approvals, shoring observation including tie backs (placement, grouting, testing and detensioning), lagging & rakers. Pile driving observation, keyway approvals, mass grading, hillside grading, bottom approvals, drain line approvals, truck counts, density testing by sand cone or nuclear gauge and drill rig sampling. Wick drain installations, asphalt density testing (including temperature/thickness/ticket compliance) and pre-saturation compliance.

Engineering Consultation
$200.00/Hour
Document interpretation. Includes soil reports, laboratory data, field data, grading plans, approval letters, correction letters, amendments, geological data, project specifications, bid documents, proposals, cost estimates through closeout reports. Our staff assists projects on a one time, part time or continual basis with extensive experience with LADBS, Caltrans, LAUSD, LACCD and most local municipalities and school districts.
Site Evaluation - Problem Solution
$200.00/Hour
General site evaluations for minor soil related issues to complete landslides. Report data can range from verbal communication to a complete project investigation report. Our evaluators assist clients with drainage issues, settlement, slope failure, retaining wall problems, structural failure, landscape limitations, litigation, tree encroachment and a host of other concerns. We often assist clients with construction related projects which are difficult to find.
